Hi, I’m Rachel.

I am a sales leader with 12+ years of experience at Google, helping some of the world’s most influential tech companies grow their businesses. I currently lead a $XB global advertising business at Google, successfully navigating the corporate world as a deaf, Latina, and Jewish sales leader. I thrive in ambiguity and solve problems that lack an obvious solution. I bring the necessary balance of structure, experimentation, and humor to unlock unparalleled growth. I have built robust diversity & inclusion programs, coached people on how to accelerate their careers to thrive in tech, and developed strategic and trusted executive relationships.

I have cochlear implants in both ears and had to “re-learn” how to hear. My experience as a deaf salesperson is one of tenacity, advocacy, and resilience. DE&I conversations rarely include disability, but I am working hard to change that. I am passionate about embracing discomfort, helping women grow their careers, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.

I grew up in Kure Beach, North Carolina and earned a BA in Political Science from Duke University. I currently live in San Francisco.
